Friendly, efficient staff. Modern, clean hotel, even smelled fresh when we walked in the door. Tea and coffee bar in the lobby is a big bonus for us! A variety of teas and coffees as well as water is offered. Loved the afternoon chocolate chip cookies. Lobby restrooms are spotless. Elevators are fast, huge, and totally clean. Rooms are large and bright with big fridge, freezer, great TV, and strong WIFI. Coffee/tea maker provided(we didn’t use as we travel with our own coffeemaker). Excellent bed linens, comfy bed and pillows. Clean blanket is in closet(large w/plenty of hangers)wrapped in plastic. Easy to use thermostat to adjust AC/heat. Bathroom linens and amenities all excellent- super clean. The shower is huge with perfect amenities. Breakfast is good, offerings are better than typical US hotels. Breakfast room seating is varied and above expectations. Hotel has an indoor pool and gym. We didn’t use these facilities, but they looked nice and clean! Next door is a Chipotle and a McDonald’s.

This hotel is located just outside of Gloucester Courthouse Main Street - about a 2 minute drive. Be sure to visit Gloucester Courthouse as there are many excellent small businesses on Main Street. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless. Although the furnishings are not new they appear to have just been taken out of the packing boxes. Outstanding! All hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast is delicious and bountiful - don't miss the fresh waffles - yummy!!!

I wiped down our room upon check in, and I was pleased to see how clean our room was. Housekeeping did an amazing job at keeping the inside and outside of building clean. Zoelise was ver kind and helpful
